This review presents an overview of the newly launched Dentegra Mobile App, designed to enhance the experience for policyholders through a suite of technological tools.

1. My Policy
   • Access your policy number, contracted plan, annual limit, a downloadable insured guide (PDF), and network type (Open or Closed).
   • View your electronic credential and policy certificate*.
   • The policyholder can review the terms of their dental insurance and their beneficiaries (if applicable).

   *Applicable for Traditional and Individual business lines.

2. Network Dentist and Optical Search
   • Search by: Address, geographical location, specialty, office, dental clinic, or optical shop.
   • Find names, addresses, specialties, and hours of operation for all providers.
3. Dental Appointment Coordination
   • Provide three date and time options to increase availability flexibility.
   • Confirm your appointment in the Notifications section.
   • Access upcoming appointments, including date, time, and address, with the option to contact the provider for any inquiries.
   • The policyholder can coordinate appointments for their beneficiaries.
4. Favorites
   • Add your provider to favorites for easy access to their information.
5. Assistance
   • Receive support at any time; you can send an email or call our Dentegra Contact Center.
6. Notifications
   • Receive reminders one day before your appointment to ensure attendance.
   • Access relevant information based on your contracted policy.
   • Evaluate our service through surveys.
