 <li>Access your policy number, contracted plan, annual limit, a downloadable insured guide (PDF), and network type (Open or Closed).</li>
 <li>View your electronic credential and policy certificate*.</li>
 <li>The policyholder can review the terms of their dental insurance and their beneficiaries (if applicable).</li>
 </ul>
 *Applicable for Traditional and Individual business lines.

 Network Dentist and Optical Search
 <ul>
 <li>Search by: Address, geographical location, specialty, office, dental clinic, or optical shop.</li>
 <li>Find names, addresses, specialties, and hours of operation for all providers.</li>
 </ul>

 Dental Appointment Coordination
 <ul>
 <li>Provide three date and time options to increase availability flexibility.</li>
 <li>Confirm your appointment in the Notifications section.</li>
 <li>Access upcoming appointments, including date, time, and address, with the option to contact the provider for any inquiries.</li>
 <li>The policyholder can coordinate appointments for their beneficiaries.</li>

 <li>Receive reminders one day before your appointment to ensure attendance.</li>
